What do you find most rewarding or challenging about preconstruction management in the construction industry?
The diversity of clients and project types keeps preconstruction work engaging and dynamic. While managing evolving designs and client expectations can be challenging, aligning them early is what makes the role rewarding.

Why did you choose the construction industry?
I’ve always loved building things, whether with Legos, cars, culinary projects, mixology, my home, or the many skills I’ve learned through YouTube. I’m drawn to the construction industry because it presents multidimensional challenges and offers the visual satisfaction of bringing ideas to life. Being a general contractor allows me to lead diverse specialists and build a vision from start to finish.
What does great leadership mean to you?
A great leader owns the whole boat, the people inside, and the waters they navigate. They always look to improve themselves, empower the team, and enhance the team’s processes to win.
