This campus included complete demolition to cold shell and build-back of three buildings. The entire mechanical and electrical systems were redesigned, and installation included a two-story steel support structure and an equipment yard with a one-megawatt generator. Each building was re-roofed with foam roofing and a screen enclosure. This complex features a full-service cafeteria, collaborative areas, conference rooms, lobby, data center with INERGEN System, fitness and training center, and 900 insulated hard-wall offices. The conference and training areas are outfitted with state-of-the-art A/V systems.

SC Builders has also completed over 400k square feet of additional projects for Qualcomm in the Bay Area over the last decade.
