The Jazz Pharmaceutical Headquarters Relocation project consisted of an interior renovation in an existing two-story 44,000 sf building. Tenant improvements included demolition of private office space to create a more open office area, server room upgrades, modifications and new finishes at the front lobby, and new finishes and break room at the rear lobby.
