Project Manager / Estimator

SC BUILDERS is looking for individuals who can take a project from "cradle to grave." The Project Manager’s role is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of estimating, scheduling, procurement and construction. SC BUILDERS’ goal is for each Project Manager to have complete autonomy in dealing with clients and be empowered to make all decisions related to their projects.

Superintendent

The Superintendent is the "Field General" for SC BUILDERS. Working collaboratively with the Project Manager, the Superintendent is our principal contact for all the trades and activities in the field. We give our Superintendents tremendous responsibility and autonomy to make decisions. We believe that the quality of our Superintendents truly separates us from our competition.

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer is the link between the jobsite and the office, by performing contract administration support, tracking and document control; leading the submittal, RFI and change order processes; interpreting drawings and specifications; developing subcontracts; assisting in quality control; tracking labor, materials and equipment; estimating work in place; procuring permits; and assuring the integrity of the project plan. The Project Engineer must understand all details of the project to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

Accountant / Field Office Coordinator

SC BUILDERS is looking for individuals to flourish in the critical function of construction project management: assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent; interacting with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers; utilizing your accounting and organizational skills. This support position is VITAL to the success of SC BUILDERS.
